There is no instructions to operate in english or bahasa malaysia. Even in YouTube everything is in mandarin. Not all your customers understand mandarin. I have reached out and they promise me a video in english but nothing so far. But when it comes to marketing, there's english version. This is my first experience of a product that is racist.

Overall is good but the water tank is too small….needs refilling if were to clean the whole house ( only for downstairs) and the dirty water needs to be disposed off too to empty the tank before continue the cleaning until it is done. But glad to say that the floor is considered very clean and sparkling compared to the normal mop. Save me time as it can vacuum the dust and mopping at the same time.
Easy to use and floor is clean after 1 vacuum and mop. Using on the stairs can be rather challenging as it’s a step by step so Kurin 600 is more useful on flat ground and carpet
